Come join us for food, fellowship, and fun. This is a great way to meet new people in A.A., especially if you are a newcomer. We will have burgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks…please bring a dish to share if you can. Don’t forget to bring insect repellent (#ad) and sun screen. Be sure to set aside this date to join us for our AA Intergroup Summer Picnic.
There will be loads to do for the whole family….cornhole, kids bouncy castle, face painting, team events, and more. There will also be a White Elephant gift exchange, to participate bring a silly old or new gift item with a value of $10.00 or less.
Hard on Ourselves, Considerate of Others
We cannot disclose anything to our wives or our parents which will hurt them and make them unhappy. We have no right to save our own skin at their expense. Such damaging parts of our story we tell to someone else who will understand, yet be unaffected. The rule is we must be hard on ourselves, but always considerate of others.

Good judgment will suggest that we ought to take our time in making amends to our families. It may be unwise at first to rehash certain harrowing episodes. While we may be quite willing to reveal the very worst, we must be sure to remember that we cannot buy our own peace of mind at the expense of others.
